  This company is a joke. They were dispatched to my house by a warranty company to repair my dishwasher. They came out quickly, within 3 days of being dispatched and the technician stated that he needed to order parts. Five weeks later, I still hadn't heard from them about the follow up appointment. After a couple more weeks (and multiple phone calls) I was able to schedule the follow up appointment. The technician installed new door springs, a new pump and a gasket, none of which solved my original problem. About eight weeks later I called the warranty component in an effort to get the washer fixed. The warranty company sent another dispatch to Care Technical for them to come out and repair my washer. Two months have passed, and Care Technical does not return calls, frequently doesn't answer the phone during business hours and when I did finally get someone on the phone, they couldn't find any of my paperwork. 2-10 Home Warranty has just now dispatched a new repair company to service my dishwasher.
